Jumping very quickly from when 15yo Lára goes missing to 30 years later when a journalist starts investigating her cold case, it's gripping from the very first chapter.

Reykjavík is co-written by Ragnar Jónasson (king of scandi-noir) and the Prime Minister of Iceland - how cool!? You can definitely tell it’s been co-written because I will admit this one certainly isn’t as dark, spooky and atmospheric as his other books but it’s still a page turner! It has a slightly more complex plot with a lot more characters than we’re used to in a Ragnar book but they go where a lot of authors wouldn’t dare and I really appreciated that. Read halfway through the book and you’ll know what I’m talking about!

I would recommend it to my fellow fans of Joël Dicker.
