Let me tell you, the second one did not disappoint! Filled with even more elemental magic, mysterious evil forces, and friendships that will warm even the coldest of hearts, Book#2 follows Skandar and his friends as Nestlings in their second year of training at the Eyrie. The unicorns are more terrifying, the stakes are higher, the magic runs deepers, and if you don’t go out and buy this series for every 10 year old in your life right now you will regret it and they will resent you for not introducing them to this series earlier. When I went overseas earlier this year, every bookshop had major displays of Book 1 in anticipation of Book 2 coming and I can’t stress enough how real the hype is.
Adults who loved Harry Potter and are still open to reading an epic children’s book - DO YOURSELVES A FAVOUR!!! Ages 10-100.
