Jess shows up at her brother Ben's swanky apartment in Paris only to find him missing...
This was my first Lucy Foley book and I'm so excited that I loved it because now I get to read all her others! It's like 'Knives Out' meets 'Only Murders in the Building'.
Like any good murder mystery, the cast of characters is key. From Sophie (the picture perfect Parisian woman with the red neck scarf and little dog) to Ben (the journalist with charm just dripping off him) to Antoine (the angry drunk) I could literally see it playing like a movie in my head and was desperate to find out the truth. It's one of those books where everyone reeks of guilt and motive. Loved how the French language was incorporated and AHH I really want to talk about it but I don't want to spoil it!
